Zync ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our digital wallet and subscription management application.
Data Collection by Developer:
Important: All personal data you enter into Zync is stored directly on your device. As the developer, Ansatz Studios does not collect, access, or have any visibility into your personal information. Your data always stays on your device, and when CloudKit sync is enabled, Apple handles the secure synchronization to your personal iCloud account without our involvement or access.

Information We Collect
Local Data Storage:
- Credit card information (encrypted locally)
- Identity documents (passports, IDs)
- Subscription details and payment history
- Address and location information
- Biometric authentication data (Face ID/Touch ID - stored in iOS Secure Enclave)
- Photos from your photo library (when you choose to associate them with addresses)
CloudKit Sync (Optional):
- When enabled, your data syncs to your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit
- Data remains encrypted and private to your Apple ID
- We cannot access your iCloud data
- You can disable CloudKit sync at any time
No Third-Party Data Collection:
- We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with third parties
- We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services
- We do not have access to your data stored locally on your device or in your iCloud
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Storing and organizing your digital cards, subscriptions, and addresses
- Providing subscription reminders and notifications
- Syncing your data across your devices (when CloudKit is enabled)
- Authenticating access to the app (biometric authentication)

Local Storage
- All data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage mechanisms
- Card information including CVV codes are encrypted using iOS encryption standards
- Biometric data (Face ID/Touch ID) is stored in the device's Secure Enclave and never leaves your device
CloudKit Security
- When CloudKit sync is enabled, data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Apple's CloudKit provides enterprise-grade security for your data
- Only you can access your CloudKit data through your Apple ID
- We do not have keys or access to decrypt your CloudKit data
Device Security
- App can be protected with Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode
- Automatic app lock when backgrounded (if enabled)
- Data is tied to your device's security measures
Data Rights and Control
Your Data, Your Control
- Local Data: All data remains on your device by default
- CloudKit Toggle: Enable/disable cloud sync at any time
- Data Export: Export your data through the app's sharing features
- Data Deletion: Delete individual items or all data through the app
- App Deletion: Removing the app deletes all local data
Data Persistence
- Local data persists until you delete it or uninstall the app
- CloudKit data persists in your iCloud account until you delete it
- We cannot delete or access your CloudKit data
